Franchise Process

  1. Register Your Interest
     Submit your enquiry and our team will get in touch with you within 48 business hours.

     

  2. Confidentiality & Background
     You’ll be asked to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement. We’ll also learn more about you through a submitted CV or a short phone interview.

     

  3. Discover the Opportunity
     Explore our franchise model and learn what it takes to become a successful Soonta Franchise Partner, while we help identify the right opportunity for you.

     

  4. Suitability Assessment
     Our team will assess your background, goals, and alignment with our brand to ensure a great partnership fit.

     

  5. Receive Your Franchise Offer
     If successful, you’ll receive an official Offer to Franchise.

     

  6. Deposit & Commitment
     Accept the offer by signing and paying a fully refundable $5,000 deposit to secure your position.

     

  7. Approval Interview
     Attend a final interview with our leadership team. Upon successful completion, you’ll receive full approval.

     

  8. Legal & Onboarding
     We’ll enter into the official franchise agreements and get you ready for onboarding.

     

  9. Training & Store Preparation
     Begin your training while your Soonta store is being designed and constructed.

  10. Grand Opening
    Congratulations! Your store is open, and you are now an official Soonta Franchise Partner.

Support

As a Soonta franchisee, you’ll receive full training on operations, systems, and food preparation — with one-on-one support during your opening period. Our senior management team will be on-site for your first week to ensure a smooth launch.

Ongoing support includes marketing assistance, product updates, and access to our Local Area Marketing (LAM) app, inventory system, and internal training platform — everything you need to run a successful Soonta store.
