  • Delivery: Free within 500m; fees may apply beyond that distance.
  • Notice: 24-hour advance ordering/cancellation required.
  • Surcharges: Weekends/public holidays incur a surcharge. Orders under $500 have a 10% surcharge; orders over $500 have a 5% surcharge.
  • Peak Hours: No catering deliveries from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm.
  • Packaging: Food is served in disposable containers. Catering platters or porcelain bowls available for an extra charge (including delivery and pickup).

  • A minimum order value of $100 is required. If your order is below this amount, a surcharge of $25 will apply.
  • Delivery to an address within 500m walking distance of the selected store is free, but there may be a delivery fee if the distance is greater.
  • We kindly request a 24-hour notice for order processing.
  • Please be aware that on weekends and public holidays, a surcharge will be added to all catering orders.
  • For orders under $500, there will be a 10% surcharge based on the total order amount. For orders over $500, a 5% surcharge will apply.
  • Please note that during the peak lunch hours from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm, we may not be able to accommodate catering deliveries.
  • Your food will be served in disposable paper boxes and plastic containers by default. If you prefer to have your food presented on catering platters or in porcelain bowls, an additional charge will be applied for the delivery and pickup of these platters and bowls.
