Soonta’s Bowl Full of Rewards – Spend and Win Promotion
1. Promotion Duration: The “Soonta’s Bowl Full of Rewards – Spend and Win Promotion” will be in effect from December 4th to January 28th, spanning 8 weeks.
2. Participation:
a. Customers can participate by dining at any participating Soonta restaurant during the promotion period for a chance to win.
b. Entry requirements include a minimum spend of $15 or more in a single transaction.
c. Multiple entries per day, per transaction, are permitted.
d. To enter, participants should visit the designated URL or scan the QR code provided on promotional materials located throughout the store. This will grant them access to the dedicated promotional microsite.
e. On the microsite, participants can select their local store, provide their contact details, and indicate the total amount spent during their recent dining experience at Soonta.
f. Participants must retain proof of purchase, which includes a receipt or bank transaction, as it will be required if selected as a winner.
3. Prize Draws:
a. The prize draws will be managed by Soonta’s marketing agency in accordance with the promotion’s guidelines.
b. The draws include (8) weekly winners and (1) major draw winner, as specified by Soonta Marketing.
c. Winners will be subject to verification to ensure fairness and compliance with the promotion’s terms.
d. Upon verification, Soonta Marketing will oversee the transfer of prize funds to the winners.
“Please be aware that our agency may contact winners via phone and email, but we will never request any bank details. We may, however, request a postal address to facilitate the delivery of gift cards.”
4. Prize:
The weekly prize consists of (8) Soonta Gift Cards, which can be used in-store or at any outlet that accepts EFTPOS. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash. Winners will be contacted via email and phone. Winners must advise if they do not want to be named on our social media and website.
The major prize is ‘A Year’s Worth of Bowls,’ which equates to one bowl per week for a year. This is for a standard bowl (either rice bowl, bun bowl or salad bowl), and the winner may choose their preferred protein. The total value is $800. The winner will select their desired store location where they can collect their chosen bowls each week. Please note this offer is only valid from 1st February 2024 to 1st February 2025.
The major prize winner will be drawn on January 31st 2024.
5. Eligibility:
All participating Soonta restaurants are eligible for this promotion, including our QLD Cannon Hill Store. Participants must comply with the entry requirements and other terms stipulated in these terms and conditions.
Employees of Soonta stores, franchise owners, and head office staff members are not eligible to participate in the promotion.
6. General Terms:
a. By participating, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and any decisions made by Soonta Marketing or the agency.
b. The promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
c. Soonta Marketing reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion if circumstances require.
d. Any personal information collected during the promotion will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
e. All email addresses will be stored in our system and added to our marketing mailing list, where you will receive updates, promotions, and special offers.
